Massage Chair Purchases

Two business days after you place your order, you’ll receive a shipment tracking information from us. To keep costs down (and keep our prices low), we use a variety of freight carriers to transport your massage chair from our warehouse to your house.

COVID ALERT: Due to the stress that this has placed on all freight companies, normal delivery lead times of two weeks are sometimes taking up to three weeks. We know you want your chair ASAP, and we want you to have it ASAP. We ask that you be a little extra patient during these times of COVID.

Here are details that will explain how deliveries work and make your massage chair delivery happen as smoothly and as efficiently as possible:

  • Your chair will arrive in one box, requiring simple assembly.
  • The delivery will be what is called a “CURBSIDE” delivery. With curbside delivery, the freight carrier is responsible for delivering your massage chair to a location directly in front of your home. Typically, drivers are happy to unload your purchase in your driveway, but they will not cross any thresholds into your home or garage. You will be responsible for getting your chair from outside into your house. At the time of delivery, you should plan to have help from a family member or neighbor.
  • If you do not live in a home with a street-level entrance, please note that curbside delivery does not include use of an elevator or stairs. In such cases, your delivery will be delivered in front of your building, and you will need to move it to your home. Delivery trucks will also not typically drive into long or narrow driveways.
  • One of the major barriers to a smooth delivery happens when a freight company cannot contact a recipient to schedule a delivery window. We stress that you should ANSWER ALL CALLS that might be from the fright company trying to reach you. All of us are tormented by nuisance calls, but in the days just before your delivery is set to arrive, please be extra vigilant about answering calls from unknown numbers.

  • Where does our free curbside freight offer apply? We offer free curbside delivery to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • How long will it take to receive my massage chair? We are committed to having your chair on a truck in 2 business days after receiving your confirmed order. Allow a total time of 2 weeks from your order date to the arrival of your chair.
  • What about remote locations or other hard-to-reach places? We keep our prices low by considering all aspects of how we handle the movement of your massage chair from the factory directly to your home. Our free delivery works for 99% of the places where our customers live. However, due to our low prices, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your purchase price if your home address is outside the normal delivery range of shippers. Deliveries in such “out of area” zones are those deliveries where a shipper is charging us an “out of area” surcharge. Of course, we do have delivery options available for these hard-to-reach places, and we’ll be happy to share these with you. Please note that there will be a surcharge associated with such “out of area” deliveries.
  • Do you Ship to Alaska and Hawaii? We do, but additional charges apply. In some cases, shipping to remote or unpopulated areas is not available through us. Our return policy for your massage chair is still valid, however, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • What about shipping outside of the US? We are able to arrange shipping to Canada for a surcharge. Please contact us for a custom quote. Canadian customers are responsible for all shipping related to any returns.
  • How do I track my order? In 2 business days after your confirmed order, we’ll send you tracking information. You’ll be able to watch the progress of your chair’s journey. Once your chair is staged at the shipper’s local depot, you’ll receive a call to set up a 4-6 hour delivery window. Again, to keep our Factory Direct business model lean (so that we can offer our products at low prices) our free delivery service is a weekday-only delivery service. Weekend deliveries are not available through us. You may be able to work out a special delivery slot with the local agents, but they may also require that you pay additional for this service.
  • What should I do if my order was damaged during shipment? Carefully inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice that your order has been damaged during shipment, please carefully and clearly note specific damages on the delivery slip with the carrier. It is critical that you make these notes and that the delivery driver documents the damage. Most damage is limited to the packing carton; after all, part of the reason the box exists is to protect what’s inside. If, after you unpack your chair, you discover real damage, please contact us. We’ll get on the case and resolve the issue.
