NO RISK 60-Day Home Trial Period & Return Policy

Read these terms carefully as you must satisfy certain requirements in order to receive a full refund should you choose to return your massage chair.

We want you to LOVE YOUR MASSAGE CHAIR. If you’re not convinced that your Katana massage chair offers great performance for the price, we make it easy for you to return your chair for a full refund of your purchase price.

We offer you the peace of mind of our No Risk 60-Day Home Trial. The Home Trial is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us that must be requested between after the 30th day and before the 60th day of receiving your massage chair.
  • We will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA or at any time before 30 days nor beyond the 60-day home trial period.
  • After you receive an RMA from us, you will be responsible for properly packing and shipping the massage chair in its original box, along with all original accessories, tools and manuals to the address designated on your RMA.
  • After your chair has been carefully packed in original packaging, you have an RMA from us, we will send a return address label to you, and a shipper designated by us will pick up the packed box from your GARAGE or CURBSIDE. Upon us receiving your returned chair and inspecting it, and subject to the terms below, we will refund the appropriate portion of your purchase price up to 100%.
  • If you do not have the original packaging, you will be required to professionally pack and protect the chair for shipping to us. Upon us receiving your returned chair and inspecting it, we will refund your purchase price less $200 as a box replacement fee.
  • Alternatively, if you do not have a box (or you do not wish to pack the chair yourself) you may request a “full service” pick up from your home for a fee of $450 which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you after we receive and process your return. Note that this fee may be higher for locations that are more than 100 miles from a major city.
  • All returns must be in like-new condition. By requesting an RMA, you affirm that the product you’re shipping back has not been damaged or abused by you in any way, and that it is in a “like new” condition. We inspect all goods upon return. If the product you return to us is not like-new or is missing manuals, accessories, tools, or is solid, torn, or been physically damaged in any other way, we will charge a 50% restocking fee to cover the added costs of refurbishing the item.

Home Trial Exclusions:

We will not honor the Home Trial, issue an RMA, or accept return for a massage chair that

1) was delivered to any address other than a residential address;

2) was moved from its original delivery address at any time during the Home Trial period;

3) was used for any commercial purpose whatsoever including (but not limited to) events, professional offices, breakrooms, sole proprietor offices, and any other use, use in or shipment to a location, that is not strictly and 100% residential. For any and all non-residential uses as defined here, all sales are final; 4) was purchased as an open box, factory certified, or scratch and dent item. Products excluded from our Home Trial are all sold on a final sale basis and not subject to the terms of Katana’s standard return policy.

Hand Held Massage Products 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be delightfully happy with whatever you purchase from us. Subject to the terms below, all portable massage products that you purchase directly from this website may be returned to us for a full refund as long as we receive the returned item within 30 days of the day the item is delivered.

Returns of portable massage items are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us that must be requested from us.
  • We will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA nor if more than 30 days have passed since the day the product was delivered to you.
  • After you receive an RMA from us, you will be responsible for properly packing and shipping the item in its original box, along with all original accessories, tools and manuals to the address designated on your RMA.
  • For fastest processing of your return, you should prominently display the RMA on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • You are solely responsible for shipping all returned portable products to the address on the RMA. Furthermore, you agree to use a reputable carrier (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) capable of providing tracking numbers and proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.
  • All returns must be in like-new condition. By requesting an RMA, you affirm that the product you’re shipping back has not been damaged or abused by you in any way, and that it is in a “like new” condition. We inspect all goods upon return. If the product you return to us is not like-new or is missing manuals, accessories, tools, or is soiled, torn, or been physically damaged in any other way, we will reject the return and have no obligation to return the used item to you.
  • Model closeouts, discontinued items, and open box items are not returnable and sold on a final sale basis.

Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used for your purchase. You should expect to see your refund two weeks after we receive your returned item.
